2. Original `ficha technica´with the ITV in date
3. Copy of Passport and NIE or RESIDENCY (if you are a Spanish national than a copy of both sides of their DNI)
4. Proof that the townhall taxes are paid up to date (Impuestos IVTM)
5. Signed Original `mandato´ (to allow our Gestoria to act on vendors behalf)
6. Contact details (email address and phone number)
7. Signed Contrato De Compra –Venta (Sales Contract)
8. VIC Informes Check at Traffico (Proof there is no debt)

Purchaser

1. Copy of passport and NIE or RESIDENCY (if they are a Spanish national than a copy of both sides of their DNI)
2. Proof of address in the form of a certificado de empadronamiento, copy of rental contract or deeds for a property.
3. Signed copy of the `mandato´ so we can work on their behalf (PROVIDED BY US)
