Information Regarding Registration in Spain (VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION)
Name Change and all fees are included, we will require the information detailed under Purchaser (below).
Vendor/ Seller
- Original `Permiso De Circulacion´
- Original `ficha technica´with the ITV in date
- Copy of Passport and NIE or RESIDENCY (if you are a Spanish national than a copy of both sides of their DNI)
- Proof that the townhall taxes are paid up to date (Impuestos IVTM)
- Signed Original `mandato´ (to allow our Gestoria to act on vendors behalf)
- Contact details (email address and phone number)
- Signed Contrato De Compra –Venta (Sales Contract)
- VIC Informes Check at Traffico (Proof there is no debt)
Purchaser
- Copy of passport and NIE or RESIDENCY (if they are a Spanish national than a copy of both sides of their DNI)
- Proof of address in the form of a certificado de empadronamiento, copy of rental contract or deeds for a property.
- Signed copy of the `mandato´ so we can work on their behalf (PROVIDED BY US)
